A motor symbol is on in left lower corner what is

On 1980 and later models, both the turn signal flasher and the hazard flasher are located at the lower left hand and the upper right hand corners of the fuse block respectively. Remove these by pulling them from their connectors.
The lower dash panel may have to be removed to gain access to the unit.

check on the engine bay for other fuse box or glove box some times european models are diferents from american models that is the reason sometimes manuals are diferent

I am not familiar with your vehicle, Ive never heard of it. However a lightning bolt symbol would probably indicate a problem with your electrical system, possibly the battery or alternator.

that symbol is for your tire preasure,its telling you that one of your tires are low, check all tire preasures, you can set to32 psi or look in manually sometimes they have you set them at 28psi but i always go to 32 psi. anyway theres a button on the lower left of steering wheel to reset or drive a few miles.also check your spare, hope this helps.

This symbol I belive is a tire with an exclamation and it is telling you to check your tire pressure.

I believe this is a brake warning light. Parking brake is on? Brake fluid is low?

The DATA LINK CONNECTOR.
On your Lancer Is located At driver side Below left side of the dash.
You will see at the corner of the lower dash cover and the Wall of the center console.

Ok remove the under dash plastic panel on both sides. or just lower it remove the lower part of the instrument panel in the center, the CONVIENCE CENTER is behind that panel in the center you will need a TORX screwdriver and I believe that you also need to remove the ashtray i think but please if I'm wrong forgive me
