Heater or air conditioner is making a grinding noise

In my '92 buick lasabre when i turn on either my heater or air conditioner it makes a grinding noise. How do i fix this?

Change blower motor you probably have something in there messing up the cylinder for the blower

Make sure there are no leaks and that the system is full to capacity. After the vehicle has warmed up check radiator hoses for temperature differecial also check heater core hoses. A significant difference in temperature may indicate a plugged heater core or thermostat failure
