My son's speedometer stopped working earlier tonight on his drive home from Virginia....a few hours later the car was riding roughly, and he could see smoke. He stopped at a garage and they said: (1) there is an electrical problem (2) too much oil in the car...??? He just made this 6 hour trip a few weeks ago, and had no problems at all.... After the garage looked at the car, the speedometer starting working again, but apparently the other gauges stopped working.... I am not sure if I gave you enough information, but would like to know if you have any suggestions or ideas as to what should be done before he heads back to college next Monday. Thank you so much for your time!!!
