Its all built into the motor so you have to change the whole lot and its mounted under the passenger side dash where the AC unit is ?? i think

Can you tell me how to install a blower motor for 1995 bmw 325is?
I have attached a link to a guide for how to replace the blower motor for your BMW. Note that generally BMWs are referred to in various sites by their internal model code. Your BMW is called an E36. http://www.dvatp.com/bmw/diy/hvac_blower/

Note that this is a pretty involved process, but you should be able to find parts online. Bavarian Auto (www.bavauto.com) is a particularly good source for BMW parts.

Install a blower motor in a 97 328I bmw
I know that this is not the answer to your question, but I feel compelled to point out that those blowers rarely fail. The blower resistor pack, however, routinely fails. You really don't want to tear the whole dash out to replace a blower only to discover that the problem was the resistor.
As for how to replace the blower, you will need a manual with detailed instructions (or a chainsaw).

Blower Motor not working
hello the problem your having with the blower motor sound like the blower itself the brushes could be worn out causing the extra load on the blower resistor you may need to have a blower motor installed hopefully you won't need the resistor hope this helps you
