Where to set the timeing to a cadillac deville model 1997 with a north star engine. i am trying to set the timing on my cadillac and i need to know where is the sprocket setting

The timing mark on the crankshaft sprocket should be at the 12 O'clock position.....the timing mark on the intermediate sprocket should be at the 6 O'clock position...in other words, the two timing marks are aligned.
The drive pins on the 4 camshafts must be vertical or perpendicular to the cylinder head, ie 90 degrees to the cylinder head surface.
