It may be a bad fuelpump, try sparying starting fluid into throtlebody if it starts then its a fuel problem, you can also check for spark, pull a plug wire insert a screwdriver into connection of wire and place close to a ground then have someone crank engine and see if theres spark,if theres no spark it could be a ignition control module, the best thing to do is pin point the problem by seeing what itt doesnt have, fuel or spark,

It should be either no Spark or no Fuel.
Possible causes: Out of gas, no oil pressure, faulty oil pressure switch, Bad fuel-pump, fuel-pump relay, needs tune-up, defective ignition control module, wrong air/fuel ratio, defective IAC valve or EGR valve.
Other causes: Wrong timing, bad compression, or clogged CAT.

depends if it is spark or fuel related, if fuel related could be the fuel pump at the most, spark related it could be the distrubutor or coil pack.
