Where is the starter relay located in a 1993 ford mustang lx?

Under the hood on the inside of the fender. Round black and battery cable goes to it.

The fuel pump relay is located in the Right hand side of the engine compartment on the lower front wheel well.

fuel pump relay is located under the drivers seat.

There is a starter relay--probably in the relay box by the battery. Swap the starter relay with the horn relay and try to start the car. If that works, replace the relay. pop the trunk and you should see two or three screws along the base of the taillight

Right side where engine attaches to trans. May be partly hidden by exhaust.
