How many gallons of oil do i put in a 1990 oldsmobile 98 series regency brougham

-4 Gallons ...? Sounds like too much. You mean 4 Qtr..?

But any way. Don't expect the same amount that you pour in. because due to trap some in the filter, possibly the engine already
burn some and may be some leak.

Good Luck

1990 oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham fuel gauge doesn't work

Most likely the float in the tank is stuck. You'll need to pull the fuel pump out and fix the float.

1990 Camry V6 low mileage has intermittant non-crank problem when engine hot. At times engine does not turnover. Battery new, Neutral Safety Switch replaced, starter relay replaced. Any ideas?

Check the tightness of the battery terminals, and the engine negative ground strap at both ends.

If that is OK, with a Camry of this age it is probably the starter solenoid contacts wearing out. The first sign is intermittent contact. They are large copper or bronze contacts at the bottom of the solenoid.

Do 1990 cadillac deville cars have a V6 engine?

No; the most common engine for that car is the 4.5L V8.  There were also 5.0L and 5.7L engines available for the Brougham.
