You most likely have a pulley out of alignment or bearing on one bad belt tensioners tend to lay at an angle when going bad this causes belt to try and ride on shoiulder of pulley and shreds belt with belt off check all pulleys and idlers for any play
You have a pulley that has sharpened itself from a hard belt,and it is cutting the belts,look for a grooved pulley to be sharpened like a knife ,when you replace that pulley,or pulleys,use a gates belt,they are designed with a cushened groove side.
