Most of the time the cause for a misfire is a lack of combustion in a
cylinder due to absence of spark, poor fuel metering, or poor
compression.
I would start with a full tune up. If it has never been done then that is the best way to start. Make sure that you gap your plugs. NGK plugs are the best for any and all Honda's. Let us know how it goes.
