Fuel Related Problems On A Nissan Blue Bird

is there spark at plugs , check the coil packs as these older cars are prone to coil pack failure and at random times , if coil pack ok is the battery holding enough charge to firstly start engine and then alternator charging enough to keep it running , hope this gives you a starting place

sounds like a fuel filter, or fuel pump, or could be spark related such as coil breaking down or bad igniter if so equipped

Have the fuel pressure checked. Low fuel pressure from a weak pump, a clogged filter, or a bad pressure regulator will cause those problems.

Code 300 is for a random miss, which could also be a fuel injector problem or fuel related such as a filter or O2 sensor.

Spark plugs in your car are good for 100,000 miles. try changing fuel filter and add a can of B&G 44K fuel additive. This stuff is the best on the market and only available at dealerships. It conditions fuel pump and injectors, also absorbs water in fuel (methanol). Try this first, your car is too new for any other problems. this should help drivability and fuel mileage. If Nissan does not have B&G, I know Toyota does. Also stay with 91 octane fuel. Check oil and coolant often. do not risk overheating in traffic, watch your gauges......

you know what that sounds like it may be.... believe it or not check your trans fluid (car running WARM and in park ) make sure that the fluid is red almost pink like not dark red. Also why not try and change out the spark plugs and air cleaner!

its located in the fuel tank makes up part of the fuel level sending unit

check items in your fuel lines first, filter, pressure regulator....could be anything running down that line, don't waste your money on a fuel pump until it's the last option
