Power door locks and driver side power window not working. Keyless remote will not open doors although when pressed, the interior lights come on so I don't believe it is an issue with the fob battery. Other power windows work, just not the driver side. Remote mirror control on the door handle works.

Check the relays in the fuse box. It appears that the solenoids for locking the doors are working correctly. However it appears that the lock solenoid is not working properly.
your master control module is bad..we just did this with a close friends' jeep.. it went all funky and I couldnt figure it out at first..the dealer we took it to fixed it because it was and still is under warranty.. thats what was wrong with hers..
The horn chirp can be disable by pressing the lock and unlock buttons
simultaneously until the hazard lights flash, and no enable press the
lock and unlock until the horn chirp.
To reprogram (enter new ID) key fob (keyless remote controller) follow
the steps.
1. Close all doors and lock all doors
2. Insert and remove the key from the ignition key cylinder more than
six times within 10 seconds.
(The hazard warning lamp will then flash.)
NOTE:
Key should be withdrawn from ignition key cylinder completely each
time.
NOTE:
Do not rush the insertion/removal key cycling process. The side
marker/tail/license lamps and interior illumination will flash twice
when this step is
accurately completed.
3. Insert key on ignition key cylinder and turn ignition key switch to
"AAC" position
At this time, the new ID code is entered and original (previous) ID
codes are erase.
4. Press any button on the new remote controller once. (The hazard
warning lamp will then flash)
NOTE:
Do not press the button more than one time in the above step. If the
button
is pressed more than one time, the programming procedure will not be
successful.
The side marker/tail/license lamps and interior illumination will
flash twice when this
step is accurately completed and programming is successful.
If there is only one remote controller skip step 5.
5. Additional ID code entry
Release the door lock, then lock again with door
lock/unlock switch
(In power window main switch)
6. Remove key from ignition
7. Unlock driver side door, open driver side door and then close the
door. (END)
Couple of times when you replace the remote battery, you might have them not working/ responding but just follow the procedure below. Stand close to the car, hold down the open and close knobs for about 10 seconds. Press them at the same time for 3 seconds; then press the open button as the car opens.
The above procedure is applicable to a lot of car brands. It does not matter how many knobs you might have on the remote fob.
I have carried this procedure out on a lot of brands ranging from Honda, Toyota, Rover, Ford, etc. and it works perfectly well.

5- Close & open drivers door twice within 40 seconds

8- Turn ignition switch from "LOCK" to "ON" & back to "LOCK"
- ONCE for ADD mode
- TWICE for REWRITE mode

"unlock" a number of times corresponding to your key cycles in step 8

- Within 3 seconds press transmitter Lock button for more than 1 second

transmitter problems)

slide the rubber boot up and check the wires in the hinge of the doors. I will bet anything that the wires are broken. that was what was wrong with mine. just splice them back together and everything should work fine.
I have had this problem take you drivers door put your key and un-lock from the out side with key (NO) then open the door push un-lock from the inside button and then set from you remote and it should set if not push un-lock then lock and then do the un-lock with the key. Let me know if that works. what my car did was locked from the inside and I had the problem were it would not work till I un-locked from the out side plus I had to go to radioshack and change the battery from the control.
Hope good happens.
