If it finally starts after a lot of cranking, I'd have a look at the glow plugs. If they've not been changed since the truck was built, they've probably come to the end of their life.

1999 blazer only starts when primed and then wont start after sitting

Black smoke is usually extra fuel, but you say you are priming it to start so that could be why.
Have you checked fuel pump pressure before and after cranking ?

I have a 1996 Ford Explorer, when I crank it up in the morning white smoke comes out the tail pipe and then clears after driving for about 2 minutes. I have codes P0455 and P0300 indicating.

The white smoke is steam. It usually means you have a bad head gasket and possibly a cracked head. The sooner it is repaired the less damage will occur. It may also help prevent you from being stranded. I hope this helps.

I have a 2004 Ford F550 6.0L Diesel Super Duty Powerstroke wich is a Mini Limo Bus. One of My drivers had it out one night, The coolant hose exploded and the truck started to Over heat. Instead of pulling...

The white smoke it the clue. The heads need to be removed and crack checked. Usually the issues are head, gasket and warpage related. Pressure test the heads while off. Terminate the dirver for being clueless.

Black exhaust smoke comes out of tail pipe, now it wont run how do I fix this and where do i start

Black smoke is a sign of too much fuel. First make sure the air filter is clean. Now note if the check engine light works, and if it stays on, get the codes read to get an idea of what error the computer has found. (A bad coolant sensor for the computer can make the computer think that it's well below freezing and increase fuel) Try these as a start.
