there is lots of other reasons why the coolant fan would stay on need to be experienced in electricity to perform various electrical testing to zero down on the malfunction. Anyhow I would first check the coolant system making sure no air in the system check the coolant level and move on to see if ur a/c is switched off if engine light is on get read out if on and go on from that point n see any short to ground from inside your car down to d fan relay ur last check point would be ur computer grounding internally Good Luck
first check gas cap make sure on properly and not damaged if good have car scanned just because not running bad doesnt mean to much for trouble code there are 100s of codes ---most auto stores offer free scanning the code will help pinpoint ur problem
The fuse for the cigarette light is fuse number 15 in the fuse box inside the vehicle. The fuse will be a 20 amp fuse. The fuse panel will be under the dash on the driver side. This will have a cover over it and may take a flashlight to find. Replace the fuse and test to see if its working. If its not check the fuse again. If you find it blown again look for loose change or some conductor stuck in the cigarette lighter. good luck
It is a 30 Amp circuit breaker in the passenger compartment fuse box, it is a small rectangular shape, if the circuit breaker is good then you may have another problem like the GEM module or the window motors or switch's.
