More than one problem. Brake lights will be blown fuse, bad or miss adjusted brake pedal switch, all brake light bulbs bad, broken wiring in same.
no panel or parking lights will be fuse, bad light switch, or bad panel.
Good luck

Push brake light switch out of the holder. Disconnect the electrical connector from the switch. Push the connector onto the new switch. Install the new switch in the holder and adjust so brake lights are off and the plunger isn't touching the brake pedal arm when brake is off

Is there a fuse for the brake light on a 1994 ford tarus ? I have change the bulbs, and the brake lights still do not come on when the brakes are pressed.

You'll ahve to use a test light at the rear of the car, and see if there is power there. You most likely have a broken wire at the back, where gravel stones can hit. Or, a bad ground wire.
