How to fix code po455 and po442 on chrysler voyager 2002 ?

Hello and welcome. these codes are for a evap system leak, could be a gas cap, vent valve, purge valve, tank seal leaking, or any one of the fuel fuel vapor leaking. the only way to know for sure what part needs replaced is to have the system smoke tested with a evap test station.

Evap Emissions Leak

This can be because the Gas cap is not holding the pressure. I would start there first.

Code PO442 & PO455 on a 2003 Dodge Caravan with 3.3 engine

The problem is most likely to be with your vacuum line they put cheap rubber hose for this purpose. You should find a diagram at the front of the vehicle trace the hoses by this diagram. You most likely will find a bad piece of hose.
