It sounds like maybe a piston or rod knocking. Check your oil level and make sure it's full.

High CO should cancell Nox, catalytic is finished so youll need a catalytic.you cant have those 2 high together.Oil light came on,when the oil light comes on it means that the oil pressure is too low and not enough pressure to lubicate moving parts, checking the dip stick you only check the volume, your oil light checks the pressure.Check the oil again is it silverish,or rich black,and upon start up is there a thud noise? if yes the crank shaft and engine is locking up. So how much ? for the year . Salvage yard , dont rebuild, and here what you need to price a catalytic convertor, and a used engine, I hope this helped

PO304. Is an engine misfire on coil #4,if that was the code?? Converters last 10 or 15 years if nothing harms them.

The P1259 : is problem in the VTEC Oil Pressure Switch circuit or VTEC Solenoid Valve circuit.
check the wire on the VTEC Oil Pressure if it's loose.

First check the basics, oil, coolant , belts, hoses, then you may have to plug in an OBD II reader to find the code.

Sounds like an ABS sensor, or a sensor in a wheel bearing which is intermitten (bad) when you pass through a puddle. Possible wire damage?
