Sounds like you still have the timing out. If its out a tooth on the neons it wont start. I have worked on alot of them after people have changed timing belt or water pump....if this is the caes and you have to time it again. What happens in most cases is when cams and crank are in there proper position when tightening the belt eiter one of the cams or the crank slip.....if this is the case contact me and i will give you a few pointers yhat may make it easyer....hope this helps and if so Please rate this post and good luck.

could it be a problem with the engine immobilisor like the chip missing out of the key ?? did it come with a spare key?? do you have a local auto locksmith who can out and reprogramme the immobilisor for you ?

get rid of it... its a 95 neon... its not even worth taking the time to fix a flat tire

had same problem. neons are bad for the gas filler tube rusting out. there has to be pressure in the tank for the car to run.check and see if yours is rusted out or hole in it somewhere.

check fuel system if crank sensor was it you wouldnt get it crank.check fuel system.

You have to see if you are getting spark to the plugs, fuel pressure and compression in the engine. It could be alot of things that could cause a no start, these are the first places to check.
