You will need to address the convertable top open switch to check for fauly switch this is done through the dealer there is a TSB 2015953 about this switch.When the alarm goes off in drive this can mean a misposition of the convertable top.There is also a software update with this TSB
I have a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertiable. Both windows on the driverside will not go down when you open the door. I have replaced the window switch and that is not the problem.
