Ok I have a 1995 eclipse engine in a 1996 eclipse. The 1995 engine was really strong in the 1995 eclipse. However, the 1996 engine was missing in the 1996 eclipse.
The problem I'm experiencing is my 1996 with the 1995 engine is missing, just like the 1996 engine. Now here are the things we have changed.
-02(oxygen)sensor
-coil
-ECU Computer
-Plugs
-Plug wires
-Cam gears alined perfectly to the marks
-Camshaft sensor
What else can I replace to fix this timing miss? Thank you!
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system is used
to reduce Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) in the engine exhaust. This is
accomplished by allowing a predetermined amount of hot exhaust gas to
recirculate and dilute the incoming air and fuel mixture. This process
reduces peak flame temperature during combustion. The system uses a
vacuum-controlled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve, in order to
modulate exhaust gas flow from the exhaust manifold into the intake
manifold.
i hope this helps you

Changed the IAC that is. Anything else I can change? Also changed the fuel filter.
