1995 eclipse timing missing Plz Help!

Ok I have a 1995 eclipse engine in a 1996 eclipse. The 1995 engine was really strong in the 1995 eclipse. However, the 1996 engine was missing in the 1996 eclipse.

The problem I'm experiencing is my 1996 with the 1995 engine is missing, just like the 1996 engine. Now here are the things we have changed.

-02(oxygen)sensor
-coil
-ECU Computer
-Plugs
-Plug wires
-Cam gears alined perfectly to the marks
-Camshaft sensor

What else can I replace to fix this timing miss? Thank you!

Engines cranks just fine, really strong.. but will not start. 1995 Nissan Pathfinder Automatic 4x4 6 cylinder

in order for an engine to run, you need compression, fuel, and spark. you are probably missing one of these 3. remove your air tube from the air filter box .eand spray starting fluid, or brake cleaner into the throttle body. if it starts, you pave a fuel problem. i e fuel pump of pump control

What kind of egr valve does my 1996 eclipse gs 2.0 dohc have?

The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system is used to reduce Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) in the engine exhaust. This is accomplished by allowing a predetermined amount of hot exhaust gas to recirculate and dilute the incoming air and fuel mixture. This process reduces peak flame temperature during combustion. The system uses a vacuum-controlled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve, in order to modulate exhaust gas flow from the exhaust manifold into the intake manifold.

I have a 1995 eclipse. It cranks fine but no power to the coil and the fuel pump isn't running and the check engine light does not come on and it wont start.HELP!!!

Hi, it might be that the engine control unit fuse has blown. You will have to check all the fuses as most of the systems in the vehicle is integrated with the engine control circuit. If all fuses are fine you will have to take the vehicle to a dealer in order to code the key to the anti-theft unit. This unit gives the engine control unit authorisation to activate the fuel and ignition systems.

Have the timing checked , you may need a new
timing belt if its worn out or miss aligned nothing will
fix this problem but a new belt .. so have that checked .

1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse flasher

Start by checking the fuses then move to the light bulbs. If those are ok check the flasher switch and then the turn signal switch. More than likely you will need to replace the flasher switch.

96 eclipse need more info..

This sounds like the timing belt is shot. Remove the distributor cap, have your helper crank the engine. Is the rotor turning?? If not, then it is the timing belt. Some engines are rather forgiving when the belt breaks, some will get bent valves. Frankster016
