You can see the wire colors for your speakers. I found this diagram in my database, for your vehicle. Didn't your new radio come with instructions?
I'm not a stereo person, just thought the diagram might help?

I need to know what the various colored wires connect to since I needed to remove the old amp and install an after market stereo.

Check the speakers connection and that should give you at least 8 of the colors. The ones left then are going to be ground and power and display power. You can figure those out with a meter.

Where is the location of the power seat circuit breaker on a 2001 s10 blazer lt?

I think that more than likely wher eit draws the power in the fuse box the circuit feed to the fuse is burnt out ,this is often a strip on the back of the fuse box that runs across the frrd to the fuses so check for a feed in the fuse box on the fuse for the power seat

use a12 volt test light and test for power on pink and black wire to the coils if no power check ign fuses manly ign 1 fuse if you have power then hook test light to bat positive and check for grounding pulse on the other wire at each coil if it is pulseing while cranking then suspect bad coils.
