had the codes checked and it was the break sensor. There goes another $495.......... Just paid almost $1,000 for the fuel pump. I am beginning to think this car is junk. Only has 70K miles on it.

they said it was the "left" sensor for the ABS.

it is my granddaughter's car and I left the invoice in the glove box so I don't have the codes with me. However there were several codes listed on the invoice. Thank you for your interest and help at least after you mentioned the codes I was more accepting of what they charged me.

Thank you for your honesty and help. I intend to go back and ask why they charged 2 times and what all of the codes were for. Surely all of those codes could not have been for the brakes.

could you be more specific as to witch light is was, eg. ''low fuel'' or ''service engine'' or ''abs'' light? this will help futher to help you.

my only concern was the codes after car repaired. They hooked up computer when fuel pump done and then charged again for the brake switch. This to me is unetical practice. That is why i work for my self now instead of some dealership.it is about money not service

the 'no lights' part makes me think it could be a bad ground -- follow the ground cable from the battery where it should connect with the chassis then continue on the the engine itself -- make sure it's very firmly connected at each point (battery end as well)

Wow, thats a tough one! Even after the cars been hot, it should start a couple hours later...if not...my guess is you've got the car knocked out of "time" somehow. Time to take it to the mechanic :O(
