I took my Town&Country in to a local shop to have them scan the codes as my engine light is always on. I received 2 codes: P0140 1/2 O2 SENSOR and P0141 1/2 O2 SENSOR. Would the 2 O2 SENSORs be caused by the actual oxygen sensors ? or would the caddy itself needed to be replaced ? Thanks.

Codes alone don't tell you what to replace. I assume you mean catalytic converter. The converter should last the 10 to 15 years if nothing damages it. You now need to continue on and see why the o2 codes were set. The local shop should be able to take care of it. Just be there and be part of the process, so you know what work to approve. Don't take the vehicle back untill you go for a road test and see the codes are gone ,with the scanner on the veh. Take the scanner on the road trip

2003 chrysler town & country engine code p0135

Code 135 is for a problem with the heater circuit in the O2 sensor for bank one sensor one. That is the sensor for bank one in front of the catalytic converter.
The sensor would need to be tested to see if the sensor has failed or if the problem is in the wiring.

2006 town and country van light is on the dash looks like a submarine what is it

The check engine light.

This light will illuminate to warn you that there is a problem with a computer controlled device, a sensor that feeds data to the computer, or a fault in a system. The vehicle may act and drive normally. Some common causes for this are EGR valves, loose gas caps, and EVAP leaks.

To find out why the light is one you will need to have the computer scanned for codes with a scan tool. Your local parts store may be able to do this for you or for a diagnostic fee have a shop diagnose the problem. Once the problem is repaired the codes can be cleared and the light will turn off.

there are no codes that say replace O2 sensors,or remove converter,Thats just somebody's guessing,When it says O2 sensor that tells the mechanic to look for trouble in that area, wiring or faulty readings,And there are four O2 sensors.
