If you have no brake lights, and you've checked the fuses and the bulbs then, the problem is likely a the brake light switch on the brake pedal arm. The switch needs to be adjusted or replaced.

Just no turn signals in the back now? Maybe didn't install the bulbs tight back into the asm? No brake lights...do the lights work with headlights on and just no illumination with the brake pedal depressed? Could be brake light switch.
this vehicle has three sensors two front and one on the rear end this sounds like most of your problems but have all your brakes checked .thank for your question
