try turning the engine over by hand do it without the ignition on. see how hard it is to turn. turn it a few times then try to start with starter motor. if still will not turn check the starter motor is engaging. check wiring and make sure there is a good earth.
Fuel injected? My 87 Porsche and 89 Alpha Romeo have Bosch fuel injection system (the best). They both have a cold start injector driven by the onboard computer. Computers hardly ever fail. But the sensor that tells the computer that the engine is cold can fail or the cold start injector can fail or be dirty. Please go to your autoparts store and get a repair manual, best $ 25 you will ever spend. Good Luck!
assuming the starter is good and the engine turn over fine but will not fire or run. when the car die, check why is it so hard to start. check if you getting sparks and fuel, no sparks check coil and wires, and if both are good than the cam sensor is bad, no fuel, check the fuel pump, pump good check the crank sensor.
check fuel pressure with a gauge, turn the key in the on position an read pressure ,if pressure goes lets say to 40 or 50 on one key cycle pump is prob. good . if it takes 3 to 4 key cycles to achieve this pressure ,pump is bad or connection in tank is bleeding off over night.
not sure of language description ,hard too start or a slow turn over of engine if its slow cranking then drop test battery and a load test on starter motor
Almost sounds like ignition problem... Hitting bump causing it to short out (turn off) for a second then restart can produce a backfire & hard to start. Bad gas (water in it) will cause backfire and hard to start. I would start with checking all plug and wire connections, putting in a good gas additive and water dryer. I your are injected I would Clean them up also... Try these out and go from there...
