I havea 1990 cadillac sedan deville my break pedal

I have a 1990 cadillac sedan deville my break pedal is hard to push and im getting very little fluid to the rear breaks what is the problem. i have replaced all breaks and both rear break lines.and blead the lines.still my pedal is hard and the rear breaks are not working. at first i thought caliper in front was sticking because i could smell the breaks ,and car pulled to the rgt when i applied the breaks.so i also replaced the calipers .i still have same problem can any one help.
