You need to remove the intake to replace the front plugs
it's equipted with coil packs so you don't have to replace wires and cap
most of the time you don't need to replace gasket but you can get one just in case.
make sure you put the plugs that the manufacture recomended

Where are the spark plugs on the 3.5????

Pull the cover of the top of the engine. Remove the screws that hold the intake manifold to engine. Remove bolts holding anything to manifold. Lit it up toward drivers side of engine your front plugs are right there under the coils and the rears are behind the manifold under the coils

I need to know how to replace the egr valve on a Pacifica 3.8L

Replaced the one on my 2005 Pacifica, 3.8L. There's not easy way to replace it unless you remove the intake, which is additional work. When I did the work, I didn't take the intake off and basically had to lay on top of the engine and reach with both hands around. If you have a few extra bucks, it's worth the time and hassle to pay someone else to do it.

Free diagram for a 2004 chrysler pacifica need to know how to change spark plugs need to know how to fix a manifold leak

You are in luck you can fix both at the same time. Disconnect battery Pull off engine cover. Remove air cleaner housing and tube. Remove speed control and accelerator cables remove every bracket from the intake manifold. Remove the ten or so screws holding the intake on Remove dipstick tube bolt. Remove any wires and hoses. Lift it off and that is where the front 3 spark plugs are. Unbolt coils on top of each spark plug and 1/2 turn and pull off. Blow or vacuum everything from the spark plug tubes. Spray penetrating oil down by the plugs and let it soak. Turn the plug a 1/2 turn then turn it back down then out then in so the threads clean themselves remember they were in there for 100,000 miles. Make sure you replace them with platinum or iridium plugs

I am replacing the intake gasket on my 2005 pacifica and need the torque specs and sequence tighten it back down

If you are looking at the engine from the front and the large hose is at the bottom right the tightening sequence is from upper left to right 6237 bottom left to right 5148 just like I typed it torque is 250 inch pounds on lower intake and 105 inch pounds on the upper intake. So when you look at those numbers you tighten 12345678 in that order to 250 inch pounds in 3 increments then install the top intake.

Jay from Ma,
You have it backwards the rear three are accessable with the front three being under the intake. To remove the intake simply remove throttle body and aproxamently 15 other bolts.
