The sound of gurgling/boiling water is coming from behind the dash when the car is in motion and for a time at stand still. Help!

Check tread on tires. Gurgling usually due to air in coolant passages. Park uphill and top off coolant with engine running.

Take the car to someone you can trust and make sure that one its not overheating and 2 if it isn't overheating then you may have to check for a leaky hose or a possible gasket leak

sounds like the water pump. BUT check your hoses first. if you had a weakened hose, it may have split... but the gurgling issue sounds like the pump stopped. good luck!

Depends.
It could be water trapped inside the heater box, or air in the cooling system. If the sound happens when you take off from a stop, it could be low on coolant. If it happens when you are making a turn, it could be water in the heater box. The drain could be plugged up.

I expect you are getting air into the system, probably due to low coolant level which is probably caused by the leak. You need to get the leak fixed as soon as possible, and in any case, keep the overflow tank full.

Does the sound stop after a minute or two? IF so, this is normal. When the a/c is working, there is high pressure on one side of the expansion valve, and low pressure on the other. When you turn the a/c off, the pressures equalize. That's the noise you are hearing.

Check the water coolant level because some of the hot water goes into the heater radiator behind the dash. Seems you have air in the system.

there is air in system causing gurgling/set heater to defrost and check for sweet smell. do while stopped if core is leaking windshield will fog up and be hard to clear.
