No power to passenger door window or lock, drivers door ok, cannot open passenger window or lock from drivers door This is a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado truck 2500

If its an all in one switch in the drivers door then that's ware Id start. Just a guess but it sounds like moisture getting in. Contact clearer might get it going.

check fuses and relays if there good then there is a short in wiring open door and check wires make sure that they aint pinched or any broken wires on side of door between the fender should be a big harness with a rubber insulation.

There is a door control module. These are put in the drivers door. They can be checked with a diagnostic computer. I would look at it first, check the plugs and make sure they are connected and have good contact.

First check would be for blown fuses. Next i would check for a good power and ground at the drivers door switch. If you find a bad power or ground at the switch, trace it back and look for a broken wire. Most likely place to find the wire would be in the drivers door jam. If your power and ground check out ok, and the switch isn't providing power to the window motor and door locks when pressed, then the switch is bad.

Check the wires & fuses but it's most likely the master window switch. This is the one at the drivers door.

I have a 2003 chevy silverado and the passenger side power window does not lock or the window wont go down.

The fuse will also operate all the power windows, so if the others work the fuse is ok. This vehicle has high failure rate of the switch & the regulator.
Make sure the window "lock-out" switch on the drivers door allows all the other window to roll up at there own switch.
