The keyless entry system is a vehicle entry device. The keyless entry system is used in conjunction with the body control module (BCM) to remotely activate certain vehicle features. Keyless entry will lock/unlock the doors/liftgate when a corresponding button on the keyless entry transmitter is pressed. This is accomplished by the transmitter sending a radio frequency to the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR). The RCDLR interprets the signal and activates the requested function via a serial data message to the BCM. A low transmitter or vehicle battery or radio frequency (RF) interference from aftermarket devices, such as 2-way radios, power inverters, computers, etc., may cause a system malfunction. High RF traffic areas may also cause interference that could lead to a malfunction. Keyless entry allows you to operate the following components:
• Door locks
• Liftgate lock
• Vehicle locator/Panic alarm
• Illuminated entry lamps
• Remote vehicle start
The keyless entry system has the following components:
• Keyless entry transmitters
• Keyless entry antenna
• 2 Way Advanced Remote Start RCDLR
• BCM

This is not a good thing. Ford uses a computer called the GEM and that means General Electronics Module. It controls:

They are located behind the radio in the dash and they are $$$ about 600 USD.

You should never leave $$$$ things like that inside a locked up car. Factory alarm systems only go off if the doors are opened. All the crooks know this. You need to have a glass breakage sensor added to your system.

PLESE DONT EVEN TRY.it aint that simple,the computer tells the engine that you have the right key but as you dont have remote locking anymore it thinks your trying to STEAL it.you NEED to replace the remote fob.(you call it keyless entry)think of it this way if it were that simple why fit an alarm system in the first place....(someone asked if you could take out a fuse to stop the alarm !!!!!.)

sounds like you fried a relay ,, and will have to see a tech. for this ,, someone you trust and is ASE cert. in Auto electrical specialist

Important: Using the power door unlock switch or manually unlocking the doors does not disable the Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) armed mode. Also, disconnecting the battery or pulling fuses does not disable the armed mode, since the body control module (BCM) stores the CTD mode status in memory.
• To disarm the CTD System in arm pending mode, SECURITY indicator flashing and doors open, perform one of the following: - Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter. - Insert a valid key into the ignition and start the vehicle. • To disarm the CTD System in the armed mode: - Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter. - Insert a valid key into the ignition and start the vehicle. • To disarm the CTD System when activated, alarming mode. - Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter. - Insert a valid key into the ignition and start the vehicle.

" turn the key on engine off 8 times. the doors will lock and unlock. push one of the buttons on the key fob and the doors will lock and unlock. do this for each remote that you have. when you are done turn the key off. the door locks will lock and unlock. the remote fob should work after this."

Lock all the doors from the inside (with all the doors closed), unlock your driver's door by manually lifting the lock, then press it back down after you are out - this will prevent the alarm from sounding when you use the key to unlock the door.
