You're idling speed may not be correctly adjusted or you are having an intake manifold or vacuum hoses leaks.

Here is a list of Subaru diagnosis codes. If these are not what you are coming up with let me know the numbers you are getting and I will look them up on my genisys scanner to further assist you.

get it sorted before the warrenty runs out it has a major problem ,if its an auto but if its manual then its ok this is normal with lots of cars ,the owners dont give it time for the sycros to work

this is a coolant performance code. Usuallly sets this code if the connector was left unhooked to the coolant sensor or the thremostat is stuck open. By any chance do you have a gauge that seems to be on the cold side ??

there is a vaccum line that is located just behind the alternator that may be broken or loose its a simple fix if thats all it is,any check engine light?

If this happens when cool/cold and goes away after reaching operating temp, this is normal. If it does not, the vehicle can have a re-flash of the ecu at your local dealership.

The coolant temp. sensor usually causes this & needs to be replaced.

Did you happen to change the idler bearings and pulley when you changed the belts?
