97 plymouth grand voyager 3.3 litre engine
Had a mechanic diagnose the car. Turns over, but no spark to cylinders.Mechanic said that the pcm was bad. I installed a used pcm, and it still wont start. Replaced the coil pack. Did the diagnostic test by turning the key, back and forth three times. Only got a code for the battery being disconnected. If the crank sensor was bad, would it give a code for it? any ideas on whats wrong with engine?
It sounds like you're on the right track with the crank sensor.Does the car have injector pulse? A bad crank sensor will also cause no pulse.
WELL I AM LOOKING AT AUTOMATIC SHUT RELAY BAD OR THE BAD COIL POWER TRANSISTOR.YOU WILL NEED A SCANNER TO TELL YOU IF YOUR CMP SENSOR OR CKP SENSOR IS WORKING.
