Will an instrument cluster from a 2005 or 2006 Toytota Matrix work on a 2003 Matrix? Mine has annoying red lights, and the later models were changed to a white light. As well, does the car's computer hold the mileage, so in other words, if I put a different cluster in, will it read the proper mileage? Thanks!
I am not sure if these facia units are interchangeable or not but i can assure you that the electronic mileage is unique to every unit and will have to be changed by using specialust diagnostic equipment.

U HAVE A SHORTED POWER WINDOW MOTOR CIRCUIT, START BY DISCONNECTING THE WIRING TO THE DRIVERS DOOR AND SEE IF IT GOES AWAY.

check the relays under the kick panel on drivers side...maybe switch them around and see if that works....sometimes corrolas will do the same thing.check the ones under the hood also.
