1998 Chevrolet C3500 dies randomly when driving down the road - uphill, downhill or flat surfaces. Typically doesn't happen when it's cold. Sometimes it starts back up and sometimes it doesn't....

U have an intermittent electrical connection causing the hassle. Check and clean all wiring junctions, etc. Also work the connections by sliding them in and out many times to remove any oxidation. U have to remember that a car's electrical system is low voltage and the slightest bit of corrosion can screw things up - example is dirty battery terminal wires with a new battery. Car will not crank but clean the terminals and away you go!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove through standing water in 2001 Ford Taurus, it stalled, and wont start. It wont even crank, nothing.

Your question states that the engine won't turn over. If that's the case, first see if you can loosen the negative or positive battery terminals by hand alone. If one or the other is loose, combined with old, maybe original plug wires, a good splashing into the engine compartment will let slip the very fine gestalt that was letting enough DC voltage to slip past the loose connection on your battery. Take the terminals off, clean the battery posts and terminals with sandpaper or steel wool, and replace the terminal tightly on the battery. If either terminal is loose, replace it new. If it was the wires, it will have started for you by now unless humidity is a constant 100%. If you have never replaced the plug wires, do that too. Less critical, but down the road when you have $35.

My 2003 chevy malibu cranks but wont start. battery is good and altenator is good

To clarify - - if the engine cranks the battery and starter are ok.
The alternator does not come into play until the engine is running.
If it cranks but won't start, you have to figure out if you are missing fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs to proceed.
A mechanic would check that and if there are any trouble codes stored in the computer.

My car wont start the battery is fine dont know what the problem is please help

IF the car cranks over but doesn't start you need to see if you have Spark and Fuel. IF it doesn't crank, check starter and related circuit, tapping on starter will sometimes help to get it rotating. Check all fuses, and make sure battery terminals are clean and tight. Have someone or yourself connect a scanner DTC reader and see if you have any engine computer faults. If manual transmission make sure your clutch pedal switch is not missing the bushing. Aftermarket alarms can cause no starts also, but usually a "no-crank" situation.

Dead Engine

AQny power at all? Turn on headlights. Are they on? Yes/no.
Yes: Try to start the engine. Does it turn over on the starter? Or do the lights go out? If no cranking and no lights, check the battery terminals for correct contact, remove and clean/ refit as necessary 'til engine WILL crank (assuming battery has good charge).
No: Same with battery terminals. Try again.
That you can't even get it from park: With the ignition turned on? Look at the battery connections for this, once again. Without power, transmissions cannot be shifted.
