Heater blower motor not working
Replace blower motor resistor module.very common problem.I've replaced hundreds in my 25yrs working with G.M.
Testimonial: "thanks, where is the blower motor resistor module located?"
Have you checked the motor fuse? if the fuse is good then the culprit should be the heater sw...the blower motor is usually the last item in this chain to be at fault...go to autzone online guide to get pics and solutions that you can print and take to the job site...hope this is helpful

My daughter has a 99 Beetle GL and the A/C and fan went out. It's the A/C haeadunit that needed to be replaced. The switches short out and you have to replace the whole piece. VW charges about $225 for the part Hope that helps

Replace the blower motor resistor. Remove the shroud below glove box, 2 screws and a snap-pop fitting. Be careful of the courtesy light. Remove the blower moter and disconnect the purple/black power connector to it - - you'll need this extra room to work with. 2 more screws, same size, 6.5mm on mine, 7or 8mm on some others, that holds the blower motor resistor in place. This replacement part is less than 40 bones at most parts store. Unplug, replace, re-install, test and you're on your way with about 2 hours of slow paced effort in your own driveway. Typical cost at a garage - up to $400, what a sham.
SOURCE: HEATER BLOWER MOTOR ONLY WORKS ON HIGH SPEED
THERE'S A SENSOR UNDER THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR UNDER THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT YOU HAVE TO LOOK WAY UNDER JUST LAY DOWN ON TOP OF THE MATT IN FRONT OF THE PASS SEAT IT HAS 2 SCREWS ON IT UNPLUG IT THEN UNSCREW IT TAKE IT TO THE DEALER IT COST ME ABOUT 30 TO 50 DOLLARS BUT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I HAD. GOOD LUCK
SOURCE: blower motor doesn't work and has no power to it
Check the blower multispeed control resistor pack is not faulty.
The resistor pack is usually located in the air ducting, in the blower fan airflow.
Basically, +12v power is supplied (via fuse) to the fan speed control switch, which then passes via the selected speed control resistor, to the fan motor. Often a interface relay is used to switch the blower motor high current.
