now it wont as in its not cold now? When its cold you get more fuel kinda like a choke if you will being a power stroke they love cold air.
so its normal it should run like that tell it gets warm let it idel for a couple min.
Are you saying that the fuel filter is pressurising and blowing the filter apart. Please be more specific in what is happening and where are the air bubbles coming out of.
time for replacement of or severe cleaning with fuelinjection cleaner..also if diesel, add cold start to the fuel system..check and replace oil filter type fuel filter since jelling of fuel may be a cold start issue..crack open an injector line and see if injector pump is pushing fuel really well..and see if air cleaner needs replaced blackened element is not good..good luck..
I'm pretty sure that there is no electronic devices around the cabin filter. The only thing that might be making that noise is the little door that keeps the filter in place. Make sure its closed in properly
Hi,
If that is a DiESEL engine, you have to bleed it thoroughly until there is no air in the fuel system.
Check the top of the filter and unscrew the bleeder nipple and pump it fuel and air will come out.
If it is a petrol engine, air must have been stuck on the intake fuel line, bleed it until pure liquid comes out from the fuel filter hose output.
Check your fuel gauge, you might not have enough fuel!
Hope that helps you out.
There are no cabin air filters on 250-350 super-duties.
But in some older models there is cabin air filter located behind the glove compartment.Get it checked and confirmed.Thanks.Helpmech.
That light indicates that it is time to replace your air filter. After replacing the filter you will want to reset the lamp. On the air filter housing is a filter indicator. It is a small (2" round) cylinder with red, yellow and blue colors on it, as well as 2 wires. Push in the rubber yellow cap on top of the cylinder until you feel a snap and see the yellow plunger in the cylinder move. This should reset the light.
I hope this helps
