There is a flasher for both 4 way & regular turn signals ( check to make sure the bulbs are good
the backs are easy >>> Just step on the brake, If the lights light up the bulbs are good you my have to remove the bulbs one at a time in the front check your ground wires to the lights if everything is good replace the flasher unit if that fails replace the turn signal switch

Turn signals and 4-way flashers do not work - 1997 Buick Century

Time to change the flasher unit, it's usually close to the drivers side of vehicle and behind a fuse box access panel and will have something like "12v 23/98W " on it. It's a largish cube shaped componant and may be water damaged !

1990 buick lesabre turn signals don't work, hazard flashers work, bulbs are ok, running lights & brake lights work, just installed a new turn signal assembly, thought that would fix the problem, it did...

I think that your flasher is bad I believe that the 4-ways flasher is a seperate flasher unit it should be in the fuse box and look like the 4-way flasher , to find the flasher turn on the 4-ways and you can feel it or hear it flashing and lok for the flasher for the turn signals

Open access panel directly under steering column, pull off flasher unit (metallic cylinder) take to auto parts store (no more than 10 bucks) , put on new one, drive safe.

Good Luck and please don't forget to rate!
