My used 2001 subaru outback did not come with an owners manual. I need to know how to install a car seat in this car with the belts that are already in the car.

Do not attempt this unless you are nowhere near a Subaru dealer. If you have defective seat belts, take it to the dealer, they have a lifetime warranty as long as you did not tear them up or something like that. I just took in a 99 Forester that had a belt that would not retract and they fixed it under the warranty for free.

timing belt needs to be replaced at 100,000 miles, auto transmission fluid and filter replaced, that is really the only things, of course u check all fluid levels, the big maint is the 100,000 mile service
I assume you've already worked the seat belt end back and forth with force. Did the belt move at all? Did you remove the rear seat bottom cusion from the car? That will give you additional leverage on the belt. If the belt twisted the last time it was used and then rolled up, you need to go to the dealer or an upholstery shop for help.
Loosen lock bolt and slider bolt and remove power steering pump drive V-belt.
Disconnect connector from power steering pump switch.
Disconnect pipe C and suction hose from oil pump. CAUTION:
Do not allow fluid from the hose end to come into contact with pulley belt.
To prevent foreign matter from entering the hose and pipe, cover the open ends of them with a clean cloth.
Remove bolts which install power steering pump bracket.
Place oil pump bracket in a vise, remove two bolts from the front side of oil pump. CAUTION: Do not place oil pump bracket directly in the vise; use soft pads and hold oil pump lightly to protect the pump.
