Hello. Begin by making a diagram of exactly how the belt makes it's way around the components, unless you have a diagram. Often there is a diagram on a sticker under the hood and one in the owner manual.
Then begin by loosening up the tension. The tensioner is built onto either the alternator itself or the power steering pump. There should be one or more bolts that need to be loosened and then you will have a bolt that loosens the tensioner bolt attached to either the alternator or power steering pump. Hope this helps
