U SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE MORE AL THE INFO TO START WITH HERE, BUT YES IF THE LOCK CYLINDER WON'T TURN U WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE CYLINDER, A PIN IS STUCK IN IT, WHEN THIS IS DONE THE ANTI-THEFT MODULE MUST BE PROGRAMMED TO ACCEPT THE NEW KEY OR THE NEW KEY CYLINDER RECODED TO ACCEPT THE OLD KEY, WHICH IS MY CHOICE, Y OU WILL NEED EITHER A FORD DEALER TO DO THIS OR A LOCKSMITH, U CAN'T DO THE JOB YOURSELF BECAUSE NO MATTER WHICH WAY YOU GO U NEED SPECIAL TOOLS AND PARTS KITS FOR RE CODING THE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER.

Check to see if your brake lights are working if not access the brake switch at the top of the pedal and jump the wires together to see if they go on if so replace switch.

The iginition won't turn also,
Iginition won't turn, steering wheel won't release and transmission will not shift into gear.
Is it possible that me key cyclinder is bad.
