I have a bose radio in a 2003 chevy that will not turn on but will eject cds and load them and turn right off if you push the tune button the time will show what is the problem with it?

before you press the cd on button keep holding the eject button while you press power on, I know this works for computers etc.

• Turn the Dakota's ignition on. Find the "Time" button on the top part of the radio control panel.
• Push and hold the "Time" button. After a couple of seconds, you'll notice the hour display starts to blink.
• Turn the "Tune/Scroll" knob to adjust the hour. When the hour is correct, push the "Tune/Scroll" knob. Now you'll notice the minute display blinks.
• Turn the "Tune/Scroll" knob to adjust the clock's minute display. Push the "Tune/Scroll" knob to save the changes to the clock.

Take your vehicle to your chev. truck dealer, they can send it in for repairs or they can also get you a re-furbished one at a low cost.

This worked on my 04 CTS. This is a CTS without the GPS.

1) Turn key to On or Accy
2) Wait for the radio/clock display to load up.
3) Push the Tune/Select button at the lower right of the radio display. Nothing will appear to change.
4) There is a button to the right of the radio diplay with two horizontal lines on it. Push the lower of the two horizontal lines. The clock set option should appear.
5) Turn the Tune/Select button until the time is correct.
6) Push the Tune/Select button to lock the time in.

internal radio malfunction. the radio will need to be removed and sent in for repair.

Make sure cd changer is recognised on display on dash using mode on radio.This means it has power and correct connection.Next hold eject button on changer and insert credit card under cartridge,move left to right .This will locate micro switch and release cartridge.

Take another cd and push the stuck one all the way back then try and eject it. If it doesn't come out right away do the process again this time when you hit eject take another cd and push down or up on it. Wiggle it around so it catches the rollers in there. Using CDs with homemade labels causes jams when the stickers peel up.

there are only couple options. pull radio and send to shop for repair, purchase used radio from good junk yard. or call dealer and see if there is a warranty on it. even though its 6 yrs old they may help. what they do at the dealer is an exchange
