yes it could be the fuel pump and you might try to change the fuel filter first. cheeper and easy to change compared to a fuel pump.pull the battery cable off pos. side for 20 seconds and replace it, the codes will be cleared and if it comes on again, the code will be what is going on now, hope this helps, thanks robert b.
