Sway bar bushing, Ball joints and Strut Mounts make these noises. See if the ball joint have grease fittings then get them greased. Check if Control arm bushings have play and can they be pumped with grease. If Control arm bushings have play then change the complete Control arm which will be economical in the long run. Please check and get back to me with more information.

Use a C clamp type bushing tool to press out the old bushing and install the new one.
Alternately, you can use a pneumatic chisel to dent the bushing from the back being very careful to not nick the control arm or the shaft. A little penetrating oil would help. Once the bushing loosens the pneumatic chisel can pop it out.
Mark the shaft with a piece of tape to get it back the same way. Once the first bushing is out, the shaft should slide out through the hole making it easy to remove the second bushing.
To install a new one make sure that the A frame won't bend when installing the bushing. Don't forget to put the shaft back before installing the second bushing. Don't tighten the nuts on the ends of the shaft until the A frame is installed and lower A Frame supported with a jack approximating the normal ride height. Fixing the bushing rotation at normal ride height will make them last longer.

Lower control arm bushings. Jimmy's and blazers are bad for this.

Replace upper control arms and/or bushings and lower ball joints. Lube the sway bar bushings and end links real good with a sprayable grease. Not WD-40, that stuff rinses of with just water.

pressed in but can be removed by cutting with a hacksaw in reverse so to speak ,remove blade and push through bush to cut out the metal casing then pull new ones through with a long bolt and socket

If it's a constant clunking noise it might be the cv joints, a one time clunk would indicate play between the steering rack and and the wheel somewhere, probably on the lower control arm, meaning the bushes are either very worn, or not present anymore. It could be the bushes on the swing-arm aswell. Best bet: Jack the car up on the right side and grab the wheel, **** it around abit, and check for play.Hope that helps!

check body mount bushings if just a little loose will cause to squeek.
