Just sounds like you need a new ignition switch to me. I'm not real familiar with your vehicle but there should be a Haynes or Chiltons manual available for it at Autozone or someplace similar, that should show you how to replace it.
if you turn the key and get nothing or a clicking noise then I would say it is your starter relay. but if it cranks over but wont start then it would be something else. I hope this help please rate this thank you
