How to replace turn light on bmw x5

Partially remove the desired light by remove the 4 8mm screws, two ont the top and two at bottom behing the light, pull the light out far enough that you can see the socket,you should be able to remove it at that point.You should also check the contact of the bulb as it is most likely burned or melting and has damaged the socket so you should replace he socket and bulb as the warning may still be present even though the bulb works.Also the rear tail lights have a corrosion and burning issue as well on the brake contacts.
