That old of a vehicle you might want to take the cap off and check to see if the shaft is turning. You will be able to see the rotor turning. Also look inside the cap and see if the rotor and cap are good inside.
You said you changed the ignition coil module, not sure if you mean you changed the coil too, if not change that.

Your first post said you replaced the icm. Inside the distributor is what is called an ignition module. if that goes bad you get no spark. If you have an Advance near by they can check the module. That would be my next step. Also, just because you put a new coil in does not mean the new coil works. Check the continuity of the coil compared to another one and see if they have the same resistance.

the resistance of the coils should be near zero comparing one to another wont prove a thing... the problem is in the ignition module itself, within the distributor, underneath the rotor
