Where is obd II port in 2003 honda civic

It is under the dash on the drivers side, get under there and look, you will see it. Here is a picture of a typical OBD 2 connector plug.

Where do you plug in the code reader on 1995 aurora?

First of all, it's located below the steering wheel underneath the dash.
If it was late 1995 the OBD-II may be on the vehicle, but I think not. Usually '96 and above can be read by an OBD-II scanner.

OBD-I also had a connector in the same place, but uses a different scan tool.

good luck in reading codes.

Check the fuse for the cigar lighter. This is the same fuse for the OBD-II plug. This is the cigar lighter, cab fuse panel, fuse # 3.

Reader plug in not working - not powering up reader - cigarette fuse good - which wire on the daignostic plug in should have power

THE OBD 2 GET IT BATTERY POWER AT THE DIAGNOSTIC LINK CONNECTOR.WHEN YOU PLUG IT IN TO DATA LINK.THE OBD 1 SCANNER WILL POWER UP AT CIGARETTER LIGHTER OR AT THE BATTERY.MY SCANNER IS POWER UP 9 VOLT BATTERY WHICH BRINGS IT UP UNTIL I POWER UP USING CAR LIGHTER.

Won't retrieve Scanner Codes.

There should be 12 volts present at terminal 16 of the OBD II diagnostic connector, this is the lower row of terminals, last terminal on the right, this is the same no matter who makes the car on all 1996 OBD II systems, if no voltage is present check your fuse panel, most likely the fuse will be blown for the cigar lighter or the accessory 12 volt power point, not sure what it is called in your Audi. Hope this helps.
