The screen on the radio shows off I can not reset it

Turn on your radio and hold the preset buttons 1 & 6for 2 to 3 seconds, the code cycle will begin, wait until your serial shows and make note. It will look like theimage below . If buttons 1 & 6 do not work, try holding button presets 2 & 6. The radio serial will display on screen.

Hope you have the reset code . If so remove the battery terminal reconnect after a few minutes and reenter the radio code should be a fix if the radio is not damaged.

Are you sure you have the correct code? Try this: The reset code for your radio is located in the glove compartment. There should be a small sticker on the inside of the compartment door, usually near the left side. The sticker has two sets of numbers printed on it. The number set with five digits is your reset code. Use the radio preset buttons to input the code. If done correctly, the radio should come on immediately and show the factory default presets.

The Low Tire Pressure Indicator must be reset using the Radio. This can only be performed if you have the factory radio installed in the vehicle. This vehicle does not come with an active tire pressure management system, and as such, this light must be reset manually.
1.) Turn Radio Off 2.) Hold down disp button for 10 seconds 3.) Setup Menu should display 4.) Scroll through menu to view "Tire Pressure" (use seek buttons) 5.) Select the Tire Pressure option (Press Radio Button 1) 6.) Reset should be displayed on screen (Press disp button) 7.) Tire Pressure Light should reset

Turn radio on, 1000 will appear on the screen, the first preset button press till first number of code shows up, example press 3 times for 3, then and so on with the next preset button and code number.

you need to pull the radio out and verify that you have 12 volts all the time at the Pink/Blue wire in the radio connector plug, this is the keep alive memory, without this constant 12 volts the radio will reset every time the key is turned off. I assume you have checked the fuses. If the wire is ok and has 12 volts present then the radio is defective and will need to be sent out for repair..

We had the same problem. As advised from another website, we unhooked the battery and hooked the cables together for about 10 minutes. This reset the radio and allowed us to put in the 5-digit code. Now we're jammin'!

If this is showing up on the radio screen you will have to reenter the security code for the radio. If the code is not written in the owners manual you will have to take it to the dealership and the can hook it to the computer and reset the lock code. Hope this helps.
