Have you tried tightening the belt adjustment on that belt system. Usually there is a belt tensioner inline with the belt and a little more tension could stop the squeak or whine.

You should have a diagram close to belts.

If by 'came belt' you mean 'cam belt' it is the same as 'timing belt'

It should be changed at 60000, 120000, 180000 miles and so on.
If you're late do it soon.

Remove drive belt. Remove bolt and belt tensioner assembly. Reverse procedure to install

This is usually caused by a bad idler or tensioner pulley. If the bearing for one of these pulleys goes bad, it can cause the pulley to kick sideways just a little bit, which is often enough to misalign or even throw the belt.

To check, remove the belt and check the idler and tensioner pulleys for free play in the bearing.

Its usually the one with the 3/8" square hole in it.

First, you need to have the diagram for how the belt is routed when you replace it.
