A faulty coolant temperature sensor could be at fault. if its telling the computer the engine is hot when its actually cold, it can cause performance problems. when the sensor tells the computer its cold, it richens the fuel mixture. once the car warms up, it leans the mixture out. if the mixture is too lean at startup, it will run poorly

All signals and other flashers work but passenger front flashers do not work

Use a test light, test for power and ground at the bulb contacts. Then test for power and ground at the wires. Probably needs a new socket, common problem.

Having codes P0306 and P0316 show up for 2005 Ford Taurus

Well code 306 is for a miss on cylinder six and code 316 is for a miss detected on startup, which you probably already know.
Since I assume you have replaced the ignition parts for that cylinder,
the next component to check is the injector. You may want to check fuel pressure too.

When i am driving and the speed gets around 35 mph the car starts missing. What could be wrong and what do I have to do to repair it?

Its possible that it could be an exhaust catylisator and/or oxygen sensor problem. I would first go to an exhaust specialist to check out the system.
Does the engine feel sluggish when starting to drive, is the fuel consumption increased ?

When in drive my taurus rpms continue to increase seems as if its not changeing gears

is your top speed around 10-15mph? then your transmission isnt shifting. You need to have your fluid level checked first to make sure its not low or overfull. The adjust accordingly. If that doesnt fix it then you could have a speed sensor problem with the transmission or internal transmission problems.

1995 nissan pickup bogs down, feels sluggish

if the car starts then there shouldn't be anything wrong with your fuel pump. fuel pumps either work or they don't. it sounds like you may be having a problem with your mass air flow sensor you can try cleaning it with an approved aerosol spray or it may need to be replaced. hope this helps.
